1 Quarter Long Membership

WHAT IS IT?

The W A Meadwerks club is a pre-paid quarterly mead club. By signing up you are committing to four quarters of membership and authorizing us to charge you for the membership when the orders are ready.  After four quarters you may elect to continue or cancel without penalty.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP PERKS

• Four quarterly club orders of four bottles
• Pre-release purchase of limited meads and events before the public release
• Club ONLY mead releases available in the tasting room
• Club ONLY events in the tasting room
• 10% year round discount on mead purchases in tasting room
• 15% year round discount on merchandise
• 20% year round discount on case purchase(12 bottles or more on single purchase)

CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments: The card on file with your membership will be charged when your club order is ready to pick up. If payment is unsuccessful you will be contacted by a member of our staff and given one week to correct the payment problem. If payment is not made within the week, your membership will be considered forfeit and the spot given to the next person on the waiting list.  

ORDER PICKUP: Club orders will be held at the meadery for 21 days after notification is sent. Should you not be able to pick up in person and need to send a trustee, the trustee MUST have a copy of the notification we sent you and photo id. If your club order is not picked up after 21 days, your order will be considered abandoned and surrendered with no refund. 

CANNCELLATION: In the event that you need to cancel your club membership prior to receiving all four orders, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file for each remaining order not delivered.

RE-ENTRY: If your membership was cancelled for any reason, re-entry will require being added to the waiting list.
